Inventorama is free today. When a Pro plan launches, nearly all of it stays free for everyone; two things move to Pro, and they are listed below.
What stays free
- Properties and items, as many as you like: a home, a rental, a cabin.
- Warranties, with the end date worked out from the purchase date.
- Receipts, manuals and photos on each item: 100 MB for the properties you own, 10 MB per file.
- Search, filters and sorting, within a property and across all of them.
- The maintenance log, with service intervals, costs and invoices.
- Needs attention: warranties ending in the next 30 days and maintenance that is due, in one list.
- Reminders: one email a day, only when something new needs you.
- Exports of your items and maintenance log as CSV files, always.
Free today, Pro at launch
- Maintenance tips for each item, researched for its brand and model.
- Sharing a property read-only with other people, and households that own properties together. Shares and households that exist when Pro launches keep working without it; sharing with someone new, or starting or joining a household, needs Pro.
We will email every user at least 30 days before this happens.

Questions
Will anything I use now end up behind a paywall?
Two things: maintenance tips, and setting up new shares and households. Shares and households you already have keep working, nothing you have stored is ever locked away, and exporting your data stays free. Everything else you use today stays free.
How does a free app pay for itself?
Through Pro, once it exists. Your data is never sold or shared, and there are no ads in the app. If a guide ever carries an affiliate link, that guide says so.
What will paying look like?
A subscription you can cancel at any time, with a full refund within 14 days of the first annual payment. The details are in the Terms of Service.
