Inventorama

Know what is under warranty, what needs servicing, and where the receipt is

Manage multiple properties and track high-value household purchases. Inventory appliances and electronics, monitor warranty coverage, and stay on top of regular maintenance schedules.

Warranties you can check in a second

Enter the date a warranty ends, or pick a length of 1, 2, 3 or 5 years from the purchase date. Every item shows whether its warranty is active, expiring within 90 days or expired, so before you book a repair you know whether the manufacturer should pay for it. Attach the receipt and the warranty to the item, as a photo or a PDF, and they are there when the claim needs them.

Maintenance that does not slip

Log each service visit: the date, what was done, the cost, who did the work, and the invoice. Set how often an item needs servicing, and Needs attention lists what is due across all your properties, along with warranties ending in the next 30 days. One email a day tells you when something new needs you, and only then.

Each item also gets a short maintenance checklist, researched for its brand and model where that is known, with the sources it came from.

More than one home

Keep a house, a rental and a cabin as separate properties, each with its own items, maintenance log and people. Invite a partner into your household and you co-own every property either of you creates. Give a renter or a house-sitter read-only access to one property: they see its items, files and service history, and cannot change anything.

Your data stays yours

Export a property's items, or its maintenance log, as a CSV file whenever you like. No ads, no tracking cookies, and nothing you store is sold or shared. The privacy policy says what is stored and why, and you can delete your account yourself, at any time, from the Account page.
